I can help you make a start and sort out the essential business basics so we can turn your dream into a real business.
I will interview you and write your business plan for you. This will include suggested goals, objectives and promotion plans. That we will then agree and you can action. This will cost £1000. Though currently I’ve got a guinea pig place available at £500 and a business review.
Post Planning Coffee Mornings
Do you find it hard to make time to post regularly on social media?
You know you should be posting on social media everyday but somehow you never get time to sit down and create even one post.
These Post Planning Coffee Mornings are designed to give you the opportunity to do just that. Even better you’ll be able to test out your message on others to see if they are getting it.
The Price is £20 including coffee and free WiFi you’ll need to bring a device to post on. Places will be limited to 8. The first 3 places will be £10.
Hothouse Business Planning Workshops
Do you have a brilliant business idea that you hope will give you the freedom to live the way you want, doing the things you are most passionate about but you have no idea how to turn this dream into a reality or how to tell if the risk is worth taking?

You will join a group of people who are also running or wanting to run their own Business.
Guided by me you will use a set of classic Business Analysis tools to start putting together your Business Plan.
You will have an opportunity to actually write your business plan and decide what actions need to take to move your business forward. Sessions will be £100
Including lunch and refreshments.
As this is quite an intensive day the place are limited to only 6. Though the first 2 people to apply will get the special price of £50.
Coffee Time Session

We meet for coffee and a long chat and I help you sketch out your business plan and put together an action plan. This will cost £300. Though I have a couple of Guinea Pig places available for £150

To improve your sales you have to promote your business and this promotion needs to match with your business style and goals. It needs to ensure that you are talking to the right customers, in the best place and with the best message.
On the Hothouse Promotion Planning Day
You will join a group of people who are setting up a business or already running one. To develop your Promotion strategy.
At the end of the session you should have completed a plan for how you are going to achieve the sales you need to make your business successful. Sessions will be £100 including lunch and refreshments. Though the price will be £50 for the 1st 2 places. As this is a very intensive day the places are limited to 6 people
