I can help you make a start and sort out the essential business basics for your business so you can turn your dream into a reality. 

This is an opportunity to spend a day concentrating on your business. 

You will join a group of people who are also running or wanting to run their own Business. 

Guided by me you will use a set of classic Business Analysis tools to start putting together your Business Plan. 

You will have an opportunity to actually write your business plan and decide what actions need to take to move your business forward. 

The best thing is you will be working in the company of others so will be able to learn from and share opinions with the other participants so giving you a chance to test out your personal vision and also learn from others experience. 

Previous participants have been able to really feel they can achieve their dreams and some have been able to see opportunities to level up their business simply by makings use of assets they didn’t realise they had.

And Include buffet lunch and refreshments.
